LEGENDS BRASS
Legends Brass has been in business since October 1, 2010. We have focused our efforts on developing the best in trumpet mouthpieces. In our experiences, we discovered many mouthpieces that had components that worked very well, but nobody had put all the pieces together. We think we have achieved this process and would invite you to give us a try, to unleash your inner Legend!
Part 1: Exterior BLANKS (outside of mouthpiece)
This is our newest blank. We call it our Vintage blank. Below are some pictures of other blanks:
The various blanks provide various sounds to the piece. In other words, each model in each weight will sound different and feel different when being played. In general, lighter blanks have more sizzle and heavier blanks have more core to the sound. More core meaning more of the overall harmonics, when the lighter blanks have less overall harmonic and more of the upper part to the harmonic.
